Nathan Dowd

Nathan Dowd, our CEO and founder, has a deep passion for people of all ages and walks of life. After 19 years in the public education system he left the classroom permanently in 2017 to pursue his passion to help everyday people. The Father’s Heart was birthed in 2009 for this very purpose. He has over 25 years of working in several fields where people were the focus.

Jason “JD” Dillaberry

Jason “JD” Dillaberry is native to Jacksonville and proud alumnus of Florida State University. His technology focused career spans more than 25 years in a broad range of industries including Merchant Services, Healthcare, Insurance, Staffing, OEM, Public Sector and Telecommunications; concentrated primarily in sales, leadership and consulting services. JD is passionate about serving the community that he lives, works and worships in. Mercy Support Services, Seamark Ranch, IT Pro Camp, Global Azure Bootcamp and the North Florida DevOps are groups he’s actively involved with and supports in addition to The Father’s Heart. Also, JD is an entrepreneur, motorcycle enthusiast and amateur photographer who enjoys traveling, attending concerts and sporting events.  

Kaleea Clinkscale

Kaleea Clinkscale is a US Navy disabled veteran and mother of 6. She is an entrepreneur and educator. She currently has a Master's of Science in Management (MSM). She is currently enrolled at Ashford University obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Development and Leadership (Ph.d). She is the founder and executive director of Scales Publishing. She has served on the Jacksonville Area Legal Aid Client Advisory Board as Secretary. She currently serves on Daily Manna Serving Center and The Father's Heart's board as Secretary. She enjoys teaching, training, and helping others evident through her years of volunteering with youth, young adults, and seniors.

Eric A Jones MSOD, MBA

Mr. Jones, joined the Board of Directors in 2019. He provides strategic direction and insight into marketplace trends, organizational planning and change management expertise. He has spent the past 32 years working in field operations, consulting in 25 to 30 different industries and providing executive leadership coaching with companies across the United States, Canada and Mexico. Mr. Jones earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics, a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Organizational Development.
